I feel so fortunate to have found Lyndsy and her Fit and Focused Program. I followed through with her guidelines and believed in myself that I could do this. I have been working hard at kickboxing and weight training during this last 8 weeks and really focused on my nutrition. I do love a glass of wine and chocolate every once in a while. These last 8 weeks have been about balance. That is what life is about BALANCE, and having a really great coach like Lyndsy! If you are on the fence about starting a program with Lyndsy, take that plunge and do this for yourself. You will not regret it!

When I started this program I was heavier than when I gave birth to my kids. I had a lot of excuses but ultimately my eating habits were awful. We ate out too much, and I drank a lot of my calories and carbs in sweet coffee drinks! I learned how to change the quality of what I ate and learned to count macros. And I started losing weight. This was working! Having Lyndsy available to check in with helped me stay accountable. I have already joined the next challenge and with some upcoming vacations, I’m actually considering the idea of wearing a bikini, instead of having to cover up my midsection. Thank you Lyndsy for your coaching and support! Good luck to all of the future challengers!

I was very reluctant to join the challenge. As a professional, business owner, mom of three (including a toddler that won’t sleep!), I literally get zero time to myself and am exhausted all the time. I am very glad I decided to give it a go. I was not able to change my exercise routine (or lack thereof), but I worked on the diet side. The tips and topics discussed were very helpful. Even if you have a decent knowledge base, we all need reminders. The accountability was invaluable and motivating. If you need a kickstart, this is a great idea!

This is Nikki. She’s the winner of the May 6th Fit and Focused 8 week challenge. She was also the winner of the March 4th 8 week challenge. She has liberally been losing weight for free because she kerps winning back her coaching fee.

16 weeks ago before we met she was 35 lbs heavier and almost 29 inches larger. Her consistent effort has resulted in a total change of her body composition. Nikki has 6 kids! She never gives me excuses, only solutions as to how she will fit in exercise, and eating within her macros. I so admire her resolve, I’m not sure if I’m even capable of that! She signed up for round 3 and I have nothing but high hopes for her. Take a look at how she is looking straight at the camera in the after photo. That is pure confidence!

I’m very pleased with losing 12 lbs in the 8 week challenge. When I look at my before and after photos it makes me smile especially the side view.
Lyndsy is an amazing coach she is very knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. Participating in the weekly calls is a must if you want to succeed.

It helps you stay on track or get back on track if you have a bad week. It keeps you connected with others that may have the same questions or struggles you are going through. I have tried different other weight loss programs over the years but this one has been the most successful in the short amount of time. I never felt hungry or had cravings because if I did I just adjusted what I ate during the day to make it fit my macros. I still want to lose another 10-15 more pounds and I hope with the knowledge that I have gained I can continue to lose. Thank you Lyndsy you are truly amazing and an inspiration!

This is Gary and he is a client at fit and focused. Gary’s wife expressed concern to me at the gym this fall. Gary is a diabetic and his blood glucose was anywhere from 10 to 15 points. It was getting out of control, and his doctor told him to change his diet. He didn’t know what to do. The doctor told him that unlimited fruits and vegetables were okay but didn’t give him any more direction than that. He was frustrated, and saw his blood glucose vary day-to-day.

Within weeks of starting his program we got Gary’s blood glucose in the 8 -7 point range. And now Gary is in the 6 point range. He knows more about how to eat for fuel, and how to eat to keep his blood sugar in check. I am so proud of his progress, and while I can’t take credit for the weight that he lost previous to seeing me, the after photo that you see is Gary in a size L shirt. He hasn’t wore that size in many many years!

This lovely lady joined us for the 8 week Fit and Focused challenge. She lost 6 lbs and 5 inches. I really wanted to share this photo because its totally noticeable don’t you think? She says her secret to success was increasing her protein portions at each meal. She also reduced her treats on casual fridays at work.

This busy mom of young toddlers came to me for our 8 week challenge with the goal of losing fat while breastfeeding. But she wanted to keep her milk supply. She told me she hated to cook (and still does) so she went for easy snacks like potato chips. Her 11 lb loss, she says is attributed to the fact that she is more conscious about what she eats. She reaches for more protein forward snacks now. She also stopped being a garborator for her kids leftover meals. Well done lady!

If anyone had bet with me at the beginning of this challenge that I was going to lose over 15 lbs, let alone 10 lbs, I would have bet on me completely failing.

This is the first time I found losing weight not to be about complete sacrifice. The tools and coaching Lyndsy provides are truly empowering when it comes to knowing what to eat and track, the impact of an efficient workout, and how to be more mindful in day to day eating.

I love food. What can I say? But it doesn’t mean it should control me. I definitely feel more motivated to put my health first moving forward, specifically as a lifestyle choice. THANK YOU LYNDSY! For your help and support. I could not have done it without you!

This fabulous 48 year old lady came to me at the end of August wanting to change her body shape. We enrolled her in my fit and focused 3 month program and got to work. 💃 She was astonished to learn that what she was eating was high in fat and carbohydrates, and protein was almost non-existent.

As soon as she started implementing the macros calculation I developed for her, she started to lose inches and fat. She tells me she doesn’t feel deprived and goes out for dinner and drinks every Friday with her grown kids.🍾 She is now 12.5 inches down, 4 of those inches on her waist alone! Well done girl!

This 36 year old lady came to me with a specific goal in mind. She said she wanted:

To get healthier, lose weight and inches and become active. I want to be able play with my kids and not always be so exhausted. I want to go to a store and buy something not worry that they don’t have my size. Not have to go to a special fat store. Can YOU relate? 🤔 We realized that her diet was mainly carbohydrates and fat. There was very little protein. We signed her up for 3 month fit and focused plan and got to work. 🙋‍♀️

She came to me completely sedentary and now is exercising 3 times per week! She has lost 20 lbs and what is more impressive 28 inches! And she’s not done. I am so proud of her commitment no matter the ups and downs!

It blew my mind how much food choice really affected my body even when I thought i was eating ok. The education of macros and the right kind of foods needed for me, has made such a difference. And I can still really enjoy my food. I don’t feel blah or in discomfort after I eat and I’m losing the weight. The once a week chats with Lyndsy are comfortable and honest and motivating.

I have struggled with getting lean all of my life and it has been particularly difficult after turning 50. The only way I have been able to see a reduction on the scale and clothes size has been through food deprivation and restriction and exercising like a fiend. The frustration of working so hard to get leaner and then to have it only come back has been heart breaking.


Lyndsy has shown me that I can eat the foods I love and also enjoy adult beverages and lose fat. I thought I totally I had nutrition dialed in …. wrong !!! By tracking exactly what I was eating I could see the “holes” in my nutrition and I only needed to TWEAK timing and portions of what I was already eating. In just 2 weeks I have a reduction in my measurements and feel lighter and more energized throughout the day.

Best decision I have made in a long time is starting this journey with Lyndsy. This plan is super easy to follow, I am not starving and it really allows me to also lead the lifestyle that I want to. I am learning about macros and learning the benefit of sufficient protein in your diet. I exercise as much as I can and I enjoy the workout tips that Lyndsy posts as I like to mix up my workouts so I am not always doing the same thing. I still have Friday drinks with my grown sons and I still have a glass of wine when I want one. I have already lost almost 6 pounds in 3 weeks, my pants and tops are loosening up and I feel better and in much better control. And….it has not even been hard! Lyndsy is sweet and inspiring and knows what it’s like to be where we are.

I would highly recommend Fit and Focused. I’ve been doing the program for 60 days and love it. It has motivated me to lose 11.75 inches and 8 lbs. I don’t eat a lot of meat and have other dietary restrictions and Lyndsy has really helped me try and find alternative protein sources. It’s a great program all about moderation.
